15 month Check Up

I took Zoe for her 15 month check up this past Thursday. She has been super healthy and happy, besides the occasional cold and some grumpiness from new teeth making their appearance. Still has only 4 teeth, but I know from her behavior there is another soon on its way. She growing way too fast!

Christmas in New Orelans

We went home to New Orleans for Christmas and stayed nearly two weeks. We got to see a lot of family, but I didn't do a good job of taking lots of pictures so there is no proof here (sorry). Zoe thoroughly enjoyed the visit with all of her family and I must say I did enjoy having others to help entertain Zoe when I had enough. Zoe got lots of new stuff, but I think she might say the best part was ripping up the wrapping paper :). She still tries to rip any paper she can get her hands on, we are working to break this habit (makes a mess and we tend to lose needed paper work).

12 month check up

This past Wednesday we went to the Dr for her 12 month well visit. Here are her stats:
30 in long = 73rd %tile
17lbs 12oz= 6th %tile
Longer and skinnier every time we go. I asked the Dr about her weight and she said she was just fine b/c she was still gowning tall and would only be concerned if she had stopped growing in all directions. We have be given the official okay to stop formula (YEA!) and start on whole milk. So far the transition is going pretty well. She gets better and better every day with walking and attempts to run when she really wants to get somewhere. I will have more pictures to post in the next couple weeks. That's all for now.

Happy Birthday Zoe Ann!!!

Can't believe Zoe is 1! She is such an amazing little person. To celebrate we had a little pizza and pool party for her baby friends this past weekend. And today we went to her little class at the community center and played in the back yard with the dogs. All in all I would say she has had a great birthday.
